Additionally, the Law establishes the creation of an external information channel and the appointment of an Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority. Any individual may report to this Authority, or to the corresponding regional authorities or bodies, the commission of any actions or omissions included in the scope of application of this law.
Finally, in correlation with the present regulatory compliance, ALVEUS has a "Criminal Risk Plan", and in this regard, the present "internal channel" may be used to report any infraction or crime associated with the provisions of Article 31 Bis of the Penal Code.
